Arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers an almost fatal stroke, leaving him partially paralyzed and imprisoned in a pension home. Resistant to staff and away from its kind roommate, Mortensen soon clashes with a seemingly gentle resident Dave Crealy, who secretly terrorizes a home with a sadistic game called “Rule Jenny Pen”; while holding his dementia doll as an instrument of cruelty. What begins as childish torment quickly escalates into far more vicious and disturbing incidents. When Mortensen -the petitions for the staff are left unanswered, he takes it on to himself to stop Crealy’s reign of terror.
